hidden gem! very good sushi and reasonably priced. only downside is that they're only open until 4pm so I often go for lunch, highly recommended the prawn tempura roll.

We ordered sushi and sashimi from this lovely little Japanese takeaway for our wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect. The fish was incredibly fresh, beautifully sliced, and full of delicate flavour, while the rice was perfectly seasoned. Every bite felt carefully prepared with love and attention to detail. The most amazing sushi I ever had around Manchester. The taste is very authentic, which surprised me a lot in the beginning. Super tasty and cheap at the same time. Fresh products are probably taken from the local market where it is located in Ashton-under-Lyne. The owners are very nice and polite people.
